Prof. Porras holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the Complutense University of Madrid. He earned a Specialization Diploma in Constitutional Law and Political Science from the Center for Constitutional Studies in Madrid. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Sociology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Barcelona. He is a managing partner at the consulting firm ARSChile. He is a visiting professor in graduate programs at the Institute of Education.
