Presentation: “Food Design Experience 2017”

On June 26, 2017, the “Food Design 2017 Experience” presentation took place at the Downtown Campus. The event provided an opportunity to discover and sample culinary creations developed by students in the Industrial Design 3 – Production Feasibility course as part of the Bachelor of Industrial Design program, paired with various types of craft beers.

Conferences:

- “Cooking Pages” by Alejandro Sequeira, director of Estudio Trocadero.

- “The Gap Between Industry and Consumption,” presented by Florencia Curcio, a partner at Gaucha Estudio de Cocina, which develops and promotes projects related to the culinary field.

- “Designing the Experience,” presented by Mariano Mazzola, director of Underground Beer Club, a subscription-based project that sends its members a monthly selection of craft beer from various breweries.

The instructors for the course are Prof. Maximiliano Izzi and Prof. Pablo D'Angelo.
