Research Project: "Millennials' Motivations for Engaging in Learning Experiences in Higher Education"

Dr. Gustavo Rubinsztejn, academic coordinator of the Marketing program at the School of Business and Social Sciences, has been leading the research project "Millennials’ Motivations to Engage in Learning Experiences in Higher Education" since July 2017, sponsored by the Carolan Research Institute. This study will continue through March 2018 at the school.

The research team consists of Dr. Ximena Fernández, the faculty’s Human Resources Program Coordinator, and Dinorah Margounato, the associate academic coordinator for Marketing.
