The event was aimed at parents and teachers, as it addressed topics such as responsible use of social media, digital citizenship, cyberbullying, sexting, and grooming.
Passeron holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences with a specialization in Advertising and Public Opinion from the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Buenos Aires. He is the coordinator of Con Vos en la Web, a national awareness program created by the National Directorate for the Protection of Personal Data of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
The event was organized by the Tzedaká Uruguay Foundation and the university’s Department of Jewish Studies.
