The transparency, fluidity, and trustworthiness of a real estate market are built, among other pillars, on the foundation of real estate appraisals and valuations conducted according to professional standards.
Whether in transactions between independent parties, in litigation, or for the evaluation and implementation of public policies, the accurate valuation of real estate and property rights is of great importance.

- Fernando Zimet, Economist, Head of the Department of Planning and Risk Management at the Central Bank of Uruguay and professor in the finance department of the Faculty of Administration and Social Sciences.
- Dr. Michelle Fleitas, attorney, auctioneer–public appraiser, and expert witness for the Supreme Court of Justice of Uruguay, listed on the National Housing Agency’s roster of Appraisal Experts.
- Ricardo Hartmann, B.A., course coordinator for the Undergraduate Department and associate professor of Mathematics in the School of Administration and Social Sciences.
- Gonzalo Bouza, C.B., financial analyst at the Central Bank of Uruguay and professor in the Academic Unit for Administration and Strategic Management of Organizations at the School of Economic Sciences and Administration of the University of the Republic.
