On November 5, the lecture "An Introduction to Europe" was held in the Auditorium of the School of Administration and Social Sciences. The speakers were Juan Víctor Monfort, Ambassador of the European Commission Delegation to Uruguay and Paraguay, and Anabella Consentino (pdf), Director of the Eurocenter at the National Chamber of Commerce and Services of Uruguay. The event was organized by the faculty’s Department of International Studies through the European Studies Program.
The speakers addressed the political and commercial aspects of the European Union and its relationship with Uruguay.
