The futsal team won the 2008 University League championship after defeating GOES U. in the final. The teams participating in the tournament were GOES U., Nacional U., Elbio Fernández, Hache de F., LAYVA, Lourdes U., IUACJ, Universidad Católica, Universidad de la Empresa, and Universidad ORT.
