Conference: "International Financial Crises: Interpretation and Implications for Economic Theory and Policy"

On August 19, the lecture "International Financial Crises: Interpretation and Implications for Economic Theory and Policy" was held at the ORT Pocitos Auditorium. It was delivered by Dr. Guillermo Calvo, Professor of Economics, Public and International Affairs at Columbia University and former Chief Economist of the Inter-American Development Bank (2001–2006).

As part of the launch of the Master’s in Research-Based Economics, a lecture titled “International Financial Crises: Interpretation and Implications for Economic Theory and Policy” was held on August 19 at the ORT Pocitos Auditorium. It was presented by Dr. Guillermo Calvo, Professor of Economics, Public and International Affairs at Columbia University; former Chief Economist of the Inter-American Development Bank (2001–2006).

The event was organized by the Department of Economics of the School of Management and Social Sciences.
