"Effective Presentations" Seminar

On September 28, the Faculty of Architecture hosted a lecture titled "Effective Presentations," given by writer and professor Andrea Durlacher.

On September 28, the Faculty of Architecture hosted the lecture "Effective Presentations," led by writer and professor Andrea Durlacher.

The speaker holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and a diploma in Humanities from the University of Montevideo, where she currently teaches writing. She was an opinion and trends columnist for the newspaper El País. Her awards and publications include: "Ni un segundo para arrepentirme," a poetry book published by Artefato in 2004; "El amplio jardín," a poetry anthology published by the Colombian Embassy in Uruguay and the Uruguayan Ministry of Education and Culture, Colombia, 2006; "A palabra limpia," published by Banda Oriental in October 2001, which received a special mention in a short story contest; and "Tan versátil como acústica" (www.andreaosdijo.blogspot.com), named best personal blog in the national contest organized by ORT University and Freeway magazine in 2007.
