MBA Gala Dinner with an International Speaker

On October 7, an MBA gala dinner was held at Parque Arocena. Marcos Cristal served as the guest speaker, delivering a lecture titled "Happiness vs. Business?" and presenting his book *El Equilibrista: How to Balance Your Life and Work?*, which was recently published simultaneously in Argentina and Mexico by Editorial Grijalbo, part of the Random House Mondadori group.

Marcos Cristal, Esq., participated as a guest speaker, delivering a lecture titled “Happiness vs. Business?” and presenting his book *El Equilibrista: How to Balance Your Life and Work?*, recently published simultaneously in Argentina and Mexico by Editorial Grijalbo, part of the Random House Mondadori group.

Cristal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), completed a postgraduate specialization at the Pro-Deo University ( Italy), and earned a Master’s degree (MSW) from Adelphi University ( United States). He is a founding partner of Business Skills, a company specializing in the development and use of business simulators for executive training. For over 15 years, he has been dedicated to identifying the factors that drive "satisfaction" or "dissatisfaction" among executives in organizations. He has specialized in developing a theory and practice for identifying and resolving tensions between professional and personal goals. He is a specialist in the development of Business Simulation Models for executive training, assessment, and analysis of future scenarios.
