The School of Engineering has launched a two-year program, which begins on March 21. The program offers hands-on training in PC and network support. It provides the knowledge and skills needed to resolve user-level and network-level issues in a Microsoft platform environment.

The School of Engineering has launched a two-year Computer Support Technician program, which begins on March 21. The program offers hands-on training in PC and network support. It provides the knowledge and skills necessary to resolve user-level and network-level issues in a Microsoft platform environment.

Through extensive use of labs equipped with the latest technologies, students acquire practical skills that enable them to quickly enter the workforce in IT environments.

The curriculum is designed with the content assessed in prestigious international certifications in mind, such as: CCTT ( Certified Cooper Test Technician), awarded by Fluke Networks; CCNA ( Cisco Certified Network Associate), awarded by Cisco Systems Inc.; MCSA ( Microsoft Certified System Administrator), awarded by Microsoft; and A+, awarded by CompTIA.
