Félix Abadi, a certified public accountant and professor of taxation, and Dr. Alberto Varela, a tenured professor of tax law, serve alongside him as regular board members, while the faculty members of that same department, Enrique Ermoglio and Alejandro Grilli, both certified public accountants, serve as alternate board members.
