The article “Influence of toasting treatment on the permeability of six wood species for oenological use,” by Luis Acuña and Daniel González, professors in the Department of Agricultural and Forestry Engineering at the Higher Technical School of Agricultural Engineering of the University of Valladolid, and Laura Moya, professor of Structures 4 and Research Project 1 at the Faculty of Architecture of Universidad ORT Uruguay, was accepted on September 24, 2013, for publication in Holzforschung, published by Walter de Gruyter.
