Publication of a paper presented at the 5th Workshop on Operations Management and Technology

The article "Application of the case study methodology to analyze the impact and interactions of quality management (QM) practices and production technology in a healthcare organization: CASMU IAMPP (Uruguay)," co-authored by Cr. Ricardo Kaufmann, associate professor of General Administration, was published in the proceedings of the "V Workshop in Operations Management and Technology (ACEDEDOT OMTech 2014)," which took place on April 3 and 4, 2014, in Pamplona, Spain, organized by the University of Navarra.

The article, which was presented at that event, was co-authored by Dr. Alejandro Bello Pintado, a professor and researcher in the Department of Business Administration at the Public University of Navarra, and Dr. Javier Merino Díaz de Cerio, a tenured professor of Business Organization at the Public University of Navarra.
