Award-winning industrial design projects from the 2016 Salão Design competition

Four projects submitted by graduates and faculty members of the Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design were recognized in February 2016 at the Salão Design 2016 competition, held in Bento Gonçalves, Brazil. It is the largest product design competition in Latin America.

Winners:

- Student Division / Bedroom Furniture Category: Ovi by Sebastián Granotich, graduate of the Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design.

- Professional Category / Living Room and Dining Room Furniture Category: Telma by Julián San Martin, graduate of the Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design; María Victoria Scola, undergraduate student; and Daniel Appel and Rosina Secondi, all members of Estudio Claro.

- Professional Category / Outdoor Furniture Category:Street Fighter by DI Pablo D’Angelo, professor of Industrial Design 3 and 4, and Nicolás Noblia, graduate of the Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design.
