The article “Characterizing testing methods for context-aware software systems: Results from a quasi-systematic literature review,” co-authored by Dr. Santiago Matalonga, a research professor in Software Engineering at the School of Engineering, was published in May 2017 in the peer-reviewed Journal of Systems and Software(Volume 131), published by Elsevier.

The work was carried out in collaboration with Felyppe Rodrigues, a master’s student in the Systems and Computer Engineering Program at the Alberto Luiz Coimbra Institute for Graduate Studies and Research in Engineering at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and Prof. Guilherme Horta Travassos, a full professor in that graduate program.

Although the journal’s issue date is September 2017, it was released in May.
