The article "Elastic behavior of fast-growing Uruguayan pine determined from compression and bending tests" by Dr. Laura Moya, a research professor at the School of Architecture, and Dr. Vanesa Baño, assistant professor at the Institute of Structures and Transportation in the School of Engineering at the University of the Republic, was published in July 2017 in the peer-reviewed journal BioResources (Volume 12, Issue 3).
