Article published in the peer-reviewed journal *ACM Transactions on Modeling and Performance Evaluation of Computing Systems*

The article “Controlling the variability of capacity allocations using service deferrals,” co-authored by faculty members from the School of Engineering, was published in September 2017 in ACM Transactions on Modeling and Performance Evaluation of Computing Systems (Volume 2, Issue 3). This peer-reviewed journal is published by the Association for Computing Machinery.


This work was carried out by Dr. Andrés Ferragut, associate professor of Data Networks and research professor at the School of Engineering; Dr. Fernando Paganini, professor of Telecommunications Theory; and Prof. Adam Wierman, professor of Computer Science in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the California Institute of Technology.

The article was accepted in May 2017.
