The speaker holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a master’s degree in Cultural Management and Policy. She has gained extensive professional experience working in both public and private organizations in the city of Buenos Aires. As a consultant in institutional communication and a protocol assistant for corporate events, she has been in charge of the Public Relations and Ceremonial Affairs department at the Secretariat of Culture of the City of Buenos Aires and at the Teatro Colón. In 2002, she was appointed Coordinator of the Public Relations Technical Program at the Institute of the Argentine Chamber of Commerce and served as a tenured professor of Ceremonial Affairs and Protocol, as well as Institutional Communication; since 2004, she has been a Full Member of the Academic Advisory Board and Honorary Professor at the “Hernando Arias de Saavedra” Institute of Higher Studies in the city of Posadas, Misiones; since 2006, she has participated as a visiting professor at ORT University in the Corporate Communication, Public Relations, and Event Planning programs. Since 1988, she has led seminars on Ceremonial and Protocol and workshops on Event Planning. She has written articles on the subject and is the author of *Manual de Ceremonial y Protocolo* (LibrosEnRed, 2003) and *Manual de Ceremonial y Protocolo: Una estrategia de comunicación de las Relaciones Públicas* (Dunken, 2007)
