The event will explore how training programs help build institutional capacity to address the use of artificial intelligence in education, with a focus on the needs identified in secondary schools in vulnerable communities in Uruguay. 

The conference is part of the project"Strengthening Teachers' Digital Skills in Secondary Education for Artificial Intelligence-Mediated Assessment" (FSED_2_2024_1_183811), funded by the National Agency for Research and Innovation (ANII) and the Ceibal Foundation. 

In addition, during the event, the project’s research team will present preliminary findings from the assessment and the training proposal developed through co-design with the teachers participating in the study.
