Thanks to advances in neuroscience, we are gaining a better understanding of how humans are motivated, engage, process information, make decisions, regulate our emotions, and interact with others in both personal and organizational settings.

All of this leads us to reevaluate and revise the established foundations of how we operate in contexts of change or transformation, where uncertainty is now the norm. Discoveries and methods from the neurosciences are increasingly being incorporated into other fields, such as management, giving rise to new applied disciplines such as neuromanagement and neuroleadership.
