It should be noted that students are solely responsible for making all arrangements regarding finding and paying for their own housing.
The university does not endorse any of the options included in the list provided to international students; rather, it is provided for informational purposes only. Nor does the university assume responsibility for the conditions of the housing, nor does it intervene in any disputes that may arise between the tenant and the service provider.
In some cases, rent prices do not include additional common expenses (G.C.) intended to cover the costs of water, doorman services, heating, the elevator, etc.
