The School of Architecture is organizing the 15th edition of the "Design Your Room " contest with the support of Radio Disney. The contest involves submitting design and furnishing proposals for a personal space where students engage in daily activities such as rest, leisure, and study, with guidance from senior interior design students.
The contest is open to students currently enrolled in the 5th or 6th year of high school in any academic track at public or private schools in the country, or those enrolled in the equivalent technical high school program at the UTU.
The first prize is a full scholarship to study architecture or interior design, while the second and third prizes are two 50% scholarships each to study one of those fields.
Entries must be submitted by 8:00 p.m. on June 27, 2019, at the school. The awards ceremony will take place at 7:00 p.m. on July 25, 2019, at the Pocitos campus, located at 2633 Bulevar España, and the results will be posted on the contest website on July 26.
