The 1st Ibero-American Congress of Food Engineers (CIIAL), titled "Chemistry and Engineering and Their Application to Food," organized by the Uruguayan Association of Food Engineers (AIALU), will be held at the Torre de los Profesionales Convention Center on October 4 and 5, 2012.
The event aims to bring together professionals, technicians, researchers, and students in the food industry to exchange and share their experiences and findings.
