Today, educational institutions face the challenge of making strategic decisions in contexts marked by increasing complexity, uncertainty, and diversity, while upholding the right to a quality education that is both equitable and democratic.
With this in mind, the 5th International Congress on Educational Management: “Governance and Leadership for Global Justice” is presented as an academic forum for reflection, exchange, and knowledge production, aimed at critically analyzing the ways in which educational governance and leadership processes are currently shaped in Latin America.
The conference will take place on Wednesday, July 29, and Thursday, July 30, 2026, in Montevideo
