24 Hours of Design: A Journey Through Creativity in Graphic, Industrial, and Fashion Design

On March 3 and 4, ORT’s School of Design is hosting “24 Hours of Design,” an event that brings together students, faculty, and special guests to share their personal perspectives on design.

The purpose of this event is to take participants on a tour of three spaces designed to showcase the process of graphic and industrial design, as well as fashion design.

In addition, the exhibition presents, in an interactive format, ideas, sketches, models, and images of work created by students in the School of Design during 2004.

24 Horas Diseño will also feature a series of talks by professionals, which will take place in the auditorium of ORT’s Downtown Campus

  • Industrial designer Gabriel Crosa will speak about his experience in vehicle design in the developed world at the conference "Gigaspeed: Design on Wheels."
  • Isaías González Valencia, a graphic designer and general manager of Aquelarre Publicidad, will deliver a lecture titled "The Designer and the Advertising Professional as Freelancers: Keys to Success and the Work Environment." 
  • Patricia Raffellini will examine the evolution of clothing from a global perspective in the lecture titled"Clothing: Comfort or Complicity?"

This event is open to the public, with free admission.
