He is the executive director of Retorno Internacional, an organization dedicated to combating addiction.
He also serves as an academic consultant for addiction prevention programs at the Israeli Ministry of Education. He directs educational programs at the Lookstein Center at Bar-Ilan University, focused on community development.
The talk was aimed at educatorsand officials from public and private education sectors in our country: the National Institute for Minors (INAME), the Ministry of the Interior, and other government agencies, as well as educational and rehabilitation institutions.
