The Academic Secretary attended a meeting of the ILO-UNESCO Committee of Experts

Meeting of the ILO-UNESCO Committee of Experts

Dr. Denise Vaillant, academic secretary of the Institute of Education, participated in the13th session of the Committee of Experts on the Application of Recommendations concerning the Teaching Profession (CEART) of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).

The conference took place at the ILO offices in Geneva, Switzerland, from October 1 to 5, 2018.

The purpose of these meetings was to review the documentation submitted by the ILO and UNESCO regarding complaints and proposals related to teachers’ working conditions worldwide.
