Agreement between ORT and the Carolina Foundation

Universidad ORT Uruguay an agreement with the Carolina Foundation with the aim of developing doctoral training programs for faculty members at private universities.

The Carolina Foundation is a Spanish government institution with educational and cultural objectives, dedicated to educational and scientific cooperation.
