The ceremony, which took place at the URSEC offices, was attended by members of the URSEC board of directors: Dr. Fernando Pérez Tabó (chairman), Dr. Juan Camelo, and Mario Bergara, Esq.
Universidad ORT Uruguay represented by its rector, Dr. Jorge Grünberg, and the dean of Academic Development, Julio C. Fernández, M.Eng.
The agreement provides for the exchange of scientific and technological information, as well as the joint conduct of trials and research programs, among other objectives.
