May 31, 2004
Analía Fontán, assistant sound coordinator at the School of Communication and Design, collaborated with Friedman Mauch on the production of *Prospecto lambda*.

The project also featured the participation of German sound sculptor and artist Lukas Kühne.

Prospecto lambdawas funded by the German Embassy in Uruguay, the Goethe-Institut, and Tubacero, with support from the Montevideo City Government and the University School of Music.

It was inaugurated on May 27, 2004, on the Rambla in Montevideo.

This piece is at once a chromatic tuning device resembling an inverted pipe organ that can be played by the wind, a large equalizer that filters the frequencies contained in the sound of the waves of the Río de la Plata, and a percussion instrument.
