Directory of Technical Programmes

December 27, 2016
Find out what you can achieve by studying graphic design or web design.

This yearbook showcases a rich selection from the vast creative universe of our students in theGraphic Design and Web Design Technician programs at the School of Design. To provide a quick overview of the achievements in some of the courses, a group of faculty members has selected examples of good design resulting from the workshops held throughout 2016.

The commercial or institutional brands that appear in the students' work are part of exercises based on real-world cases with a strictly academic focus. Therefore, they serve as a framework for fostering creativity, and their scope is limited to classroom work.

As you browse the pages, two sets of icons appear. One, consisting of a sheet of paper, a ruler, and a pencil, represents the Graphic Design program, and the other, consisting of a computer monitor, a tablet, and a smartphone, represents the Web Design Technician program. Both are used together when a course belongs to both programs. The icons are located on the course description page next to the instructor’s name, the course content, and the project’s premise. As you scroll through the images, you’ll find the names of the students who created the designs, located on the sides or at the bottom.

Occasionally, brief text excerpts appear in script format, accompanied by an arrow pointing out specific details that the viewer should not overlook. In this way, the editorial designers of this document effectively address the educational needs of those seeking professional training in the art of design.

This selection is just a small part of our students’ vast academic output. Therefore, every student featured on these pages represents each and every one of their classmates.
