The article A learning environment model based on knowledge managementwas developed by ORT professor and academics from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Dr. Javier Azpiazu and Dr. Andrés Silva.
It will be presented at the "3rd International Conference on Technology in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education," which will take place in Heidelberg, Germany, from July 14 to 16.
The conference is organized by National Louis University in cooperation with Heidelberg University.
