The Selection Committee for Overseas Training Mobility Scholarships awards training scholarships to domestic graduate students, researchers, and technologists to study at renowned institutions abroad.
In addition, the Selection Committee for Engagement with Foreign Scientists and Technologists funds visits by scientists and technologists based abroad whose expertise and skills are not available domestically or who are leading authorities in their fields, with the aim of strengthening national capabilities in various areas of interest.
Both the Overseas Training Mobility Grants and the funding for collaboration with scientists and technologists abroad are initiatives of the National Agency for Research and Innovation (ANII).
