Carajito Films, the production company founded by ORT graphic design graduate Alfonso Lourido, received a special mention for *La roca y mar at Filmarket Hub’s Latam Online Pitchbox, placing it among the top 10 TV series in development across Latin America. The project was created and written in collaboration with Marcio Migliorisi.

In addition, Lourido is one of 80 artists selected worldwide to participate in the Kaunas International Illustration Biennial in Lithuania. It is worth noting that he will be the only representative from our country to participate and is among the few from our continent. The selected works will be exhibited in October 2020.

In turn, the series of illustrations titled "Office Depths," presented by Lourido, was one of five selected for the contest based on Mario Benedetti’s book *Poemas de la oficina*, organized by Uruguay’s National Directorate of Culture as part of the centennial celebrations marking the births of Idea Vilariño, Mario Benedetti, and Julio C. Da Rosa.

His works will be on display starting September 10, 2020, at the illustration exhibition titled "Poemas de la oficina" at Espacio Idea (1116 San José Street), Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
