A number of professionals gathered to hear from BBC Director-General Greg Dyke.

An audience of lawyers, investors, and bankers, along with representatives from the media, entertainment, and e-commerce sectors, gathered to hear from Greg Dyke, Director-General of the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC).

He spoke about his rise in the communications industry, the influence of television on soccer, and the future direction of the BBC at a working breakfast organized by British ORT.

Eighteen months after his appointment, Dyke addressed the largest audience ever at one of the institution’s working breakfasts, which was attended by more than 320 guests at the Park Lane Hotel in Piccadilly, London.

Proceeds from the event will go toward ORT’s social impact initiatives, including the construction of schools and vocational training for tens of thousands of children and adults in impoverished communities across the globe.
