By early April 2025, the Institute of Education at Universidad ORT Uruguay is offering45 partial scholarshipsfor teachers from the National Public Education Administration (ANEP) who are interested in pursuing theMaster’s in Education(15 partial scholarships), theMaster’s in Teacher Training(15 partial scholarships), or the Specialization Diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (15 partial scholarships).
The scholarships provide a50% discounton the monthly tuition fee for the graduate program.
To apply, you must:
- Hold a college degree or a teaching credential issued by teacher-training institutions that are affiliated with or accredited by ANEP.
- Have been teaching at schools under the jurisdiction of ANEP for more than two years.
- Request the application form for the 2025 ANEP Scholarships by emailingie@ort.edu.uy, and submit it to the same email addressby Thursday, November 14,2024.
Applications will be reviewed by an Academic Committee chaired by Dr. Denise Vaillant, dean of the Institute of Education at Universidad ORT Uruguay.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview, which will take place between November 25 and December 6, 2024.
Those who are ultimately selected will be notified starting on December 12. Those who accept the partial scholarship must complete their enrollment in the graduate programby December 19,2024.
