The scholarships are awarded by the National Directorate of Culture of the Ministry of Education and Culture.
The graduates are:
- Carolina Campo, a graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Audiovisual Communication.
- Lucas Cilintano, a graduate of the Audiovisual Production Technician program.
- Juan Carve, graduate of the Bachelor of Graphic Design program.
