Professor serves on the scientific committee and evaluation committee of the International Symposium on Food Innovation and Development

Dr. Lorena Betancor, professor of Protein Technology and biotechnology researcher, is a member of the scientific and evaluation committee for Innova, the 10th International Symposium on Food Innovation and Development, organized by Latitud - LATU Foundation.

As a member of the scientific committee, he has been attending meetings since last year, where topics to be included and the speakers for invited talks are proposed and discussed. As a member of the evaluation committee, he will participate in the selection of papers to be presented. This year, the conference will be held entirely online, from September 27 to October 1, 2021.

The Symposium features lectures and e-poster presentations on current topics with global impact, providing attendees with the opportunity to engage with leading experts in their fields and fostering a week of collaboration with colleagues from around the world.
