Building trust within organizations is achieved through communication that resonates on an emotional level. This was the message conveyed by Norbert Monfort during his talk titled “Communication: Leadership to Transform Organizations.”
According to him, professionals need to know how to use communication as a tool for change, since it is the emotional element that brings an organization together—a goal achieved by “using three elements: gamification, storytelling, and transmedia.”
During his visit, Monfort attended the closing ceremony for the first cohort of the Master’s Program in Communication and Marketing Management.
