Spanish expert Norbert Monfort visited the School of Communication and attended the closing ceremony for the first cohort of the Master's Program in Communication and Marketing Management.

Building trust within organizations is achieved through communication that resonates on an emotional level. This was the message conveyed by Norbert Monfort during his talk titled “Communication: Leadership to Transform Organizations.”

According to him, professionals need to know how to use communication as a tool for change, since it is the emotional element that brings an organization together—a goal achieved by “using three elements: gamification, storytelling, and transmedia.”

During his visit, Monfort attended the closing ceremony for the first cohort of the Master’s Program in Communication and Marketing Management.
