The National Agency for Research and Innovation (ANII) and the María Viñas Fund have approved funding for the project “Corporate Economic Performance, Behavior, and Human Resources Management,” led by Adriana Cassoni, a researcher at Universidad ORT Uruguay.
The objective of the project is to quantify and empirically estimate the relative impact of human resource management practices on the economic performance of Uruguayan companies and their innovative behavior. It takes into account structural variables such as company size and whether the company is family-owned. The project will last 18 months.
