Virginia Silva, Academic Coordinator of Communication at the School of Communication and Design, spoke at the seminar “Challenges in Communication for Competitive Development and Innovation,” which took place on December 9 at the Radisson Hotel in Montevideo. Participants included faculty and researchers from the Communication departments of the Catholic University, ORT University, and the University of the Republic, as well as communication companies providing solutions for development initiatives.
The event was organized by PACPYMES (Program to Support Competitiveness and Promote Exports of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises). The program received academic support from Dr. Roxana Cabello of the University of Salvador, Argentina, a sociologist and communications specialist in the field.
