On November 15, the Faculty of Communication and Design hosted a lecture titled “Copyright,” presented by Alexis Buenseñor, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Association of Authors of Uruguay (AGADU), President of the Uruguayan Chamber of Intellectual Property (CUPI), and Vice President of the Ibero-American Committee of the International Confederation of Societies of Authors and Composers (CISAC).
The speaker previously chaired the National Music Fund (FONAM) and served as Treasurer of Casa de Comedias and the National Music Council (CIM). He currently serves as principal French horn with the Montevideo Philharmonic Orchestra and as alternate principal with the SODRE Symphony Orchestra. He is a professor at the Municipal School of Music in the Cultural Outreach department.
