Courses offered as part of the joint doctoral program between ORT and UPM

From January 24 to 28, Universidad ORT Uruguay course "Programming Paradigms" was held at the Faculty of Engineering of Universidad ORT Uruguay as part of the Doctor of Computer Engineering program.

The Doctorate in Computer Engineering is a joint doctoral program offered by Universidad ORT Uruguay the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM).

Dr. Loic Martínez, who holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the UPM and is an associate professor in its Department of Computer Languages, Systems, and Software Engineering, led the course.

Dr. Regina Motz will teach the course “Interoperable Databases” from February 14 to 18.

Dr. Motz holds a degree in computer science from Technische Universität Darmstadt and is a professor of databases in the School of Engineering at Universidad ORT Uruguay.
