The research is being conducted by Dr. Néstor Gandelman, Academic Coordinator of Economics at Universidad ORT Uruguay, and Dr. Alejandro Rasteletti, Country Economist at the Inter-American Development Bank and professor in the Master’s Program in Research-Based Economics.
