The panel included representatives from the Banco Hipotecario del Uruguay (BHU), the Ministry of Housing and Land Use Planning (MVOTMA), the Chamber of Construction, the Association of Private Construction Developers of Uruguay (APPCU), and private sector representatives from the real estate industry.
