Mangarelli holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad ORT Uruguay. From 2002 to 2019, he held various leadership roles at Microsoft on a global scale, and for more than 20 years he has been part of the university as a professor and project advisor in the School of Engineering and the School of Business and Social Sciences.
In addition, he is the president of Endeavor Uruguay, a leading organization in the development of high-impact startups; and a partner and director at Tryolabs, Intermedia, Infocorp Ventures, and MonkeyLearn, leading technology companies in fields such as artificial intelligence and financial technology.
He is also a member of the board of directors of Educación Responsable, an organization dedicated to bringing emotional intelligence training to schools and high schools in Uruguay, and a member of the board of directors of Infocorp, a software company serving the financial sector in Latin America.
