PedidosYa—an incubatee of the university’s Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE)—has been part of the German group since 2014 and operates in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Uruguay, with over 8 million downloads. Its headquarters are in Montevideo.
