This second edition, which will take place on December 12 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., will focus on the rise of artificial intelligence and how it is impacting every level of business. The event will conclude with a relaxed networking lunch alongside various professionals facing the same challenges.

How to apply the transformative power of AI to real-world processes and day-to-day tasks, with the aim of making an impact in areas such as: improved customer service, operational optimization, and new revenue generation.

IT Finance

The IT sector has unique characteristics that impact financial management, such as accelerated innovation cycles, reliance on intangible assets, and high investment in R&D. This talk will examine, among other things, issues related to capital costs and the importance of the learning curve in IT. The evaluation of IT investment projects and how decisions are made based on key indicators, competitive advantage, innovation, market concentration, and performance differential. Finally, we will examine IT investment as a competitive advantage and how it can widen the gap between leaders and laggards across various sectors.

Intrapreneurs as the driving force behind the organization

The discussion will focus on intrapreneurs as drivers of innovation within companies. The presentation will explore how, in a changing environment, companies that develop the ability to identify and motivate their employees have greater business opportunities.

The Role of Cybersecurity in Decision-Making

The integration of cybersecurity measures into organizations’ business processes is no longer optional; it is critical to the present and future of every company. We will examine some of these measures, which are now absolutely essential.
