In December 2017, the Center for Educational Leadership Development at Diego Portales University in Chile published the book *School Improvement and Leadership: Eleven Perspectives*, edited by José Weinstein and Gonzalo Muñoz, which includes the chapter “School Leaders and Teacher Learning Communities: A Field Under Construction” by Dr. Denise Vaillant, academic secretary of the Institute of Education.
